Stanislaus Tutoring & Mentoring Program
STAMP is a licensed 501c3 non-profit organization with a purely social mission. We are uniquely structured as an organization run entirely by students that strives to serve and support the local community.
STAMP was founded in 2010 by a group of enterprising and highly motivated students. Since its initial volunteerism at Turlock High School, the program now serves over 23 schools in 9 separate districts across Stanislaus and Merced Counties.Through a variety of activities the group assists in the development of educational, artistic, and recreational opportunities for local youth. Our primary function is to supply elementary and secondary school students with academic tutoring support while working to identify area business owners and prominent working professionals to serve as career mentors. If you’re interested in becoming a STAMP volunteer or nominating a member of the community to serve as a career mentor, please visit our “volunteer” page for additional information or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
